Keith was taken under the wing of the legendary "Comet Engineer" who was the one hired to make a prosthetic hand for him. Since then, he has been working on building aircrafts and other flight models in secret. It is said that only Keith knows the identity of the "Comet Engineer", but even he notes that they haven't seen each other in years.

Always a one-track mind, he seems to be failing in his academics and the mandatory military training.
